The Challenge

Many men and women lead lives of quiet desperation. Personal wounds and disappointments give way to problems such as depression, anxiety, hopelessness, compulsions, abuses, and broken relationships. God longs to liberate and strengthen each individual and to restore relationships with others and with Him. Our mission is to encourage therapeutic change as we offer God’s message of hope and comfort.

Cornerstone counselors can walk with you through a variety of life’s challenges. Our goal in counseling is to guide you toward emotional and spiritual wholeness.  Cornerstone counselors integrate sound counseling theories and strategies with Christian principles. We are committed to promoting excellence in Christian counseling and seek to offer opportunities for continuing education and peer supervision. We adhere to the ethical standards of both the American Association of Christian Counselors and the American Counseling Association.

Our mission is to encourage therapeutic change as we offer God’s message of hope and comfort.

Since 1995 our counselors have met with over ten thousand clients from all walks and stages of life. The ecumenical fabric of Cornerstone is evidenced by the denominational diversity of our staff.  Fees are charged for services. Many insurance plans cover a portion of the costs.  Cornerstone has established a Client Assistance Fund which is available according to a client’s need and as funds are available. Please call our office for current fees and information regarding our Client Assistance Fund application.

Regular office Hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.  Several Cornerstone counselors offer evening hours.
